This month I am sharing a book (really a series) for children that I found in Honey For a Child's Heart. These books tell the story of a young boy named Billy and his horse Blaze. They go on exciting adventures - rescuing animals, fighting forest-fires, dealing with a mountain lion.
My daughter loved these when she was about 6 or 7, and now my 3 year old son loves them too. And I love them because they are fun and exciting, but more than that, they represent good, honest values without being the least bit preachy.
I highly recommend these books for the little cowboy or cowgirl in your house!
